With the latest version 6.0, many known and open CVEs have been fixed to make Rocket.Chat even more secure for everyone. Improvements to the audit panel, a more extensive rights management option in LDAP and the creation of user-defined roles are available from version 6.0.
With the Enterprise Edition, it is now even easier to scale in large environments, whether via virtual machines or containers and microservices - with the new version, Rocket.Chat is more performant than ever. You can also send and receive an unlimited number of push notifications - optionally also as a secure push.
In version 6.0, the basic functionalities of Rocket.Chat have been expanded and improved - from read receipts to improvements to the UI, the integration of video conferences, the use of VoIP and omnichannel functionalities.
Improved functionality of the federation services based on the Matrix protocol, an official bridge to Microsoft Teams and the integration of Pexip, an on-prem video conferencing platform that meets the latest security standards, are now supported.
The exclusive Rocket.Chat marketplace gives you access to third-party apps and plugins that enable cross-software integrations. A newly introduced dark mode and full white labeling complete the experience.
