We will specify the intensity of support, company size and service components in a framework agreement that is tailored especially to you.

Maintenance

Our maintenance management includes regular maintenance of your servers, clients and peripheral equipment as well as software license management and continuous monitoring of all systems. We use standardised maintenance mechanisms for 24-hour monitoring of your IT infrastructure to ensure live incident detection.

We also offer monthly reporting and legally compliant documentation in accordance with ISO27001 and the GDPR.

The CCNet GmbH maintenance client automates the customer’s IT infrastructure. Any issues that arise are investigated during CCNet GmbH working hours and handled in accordance with the support guidelines. Any more urgent issues that arise are clarified with the customer. Monitoring includes the entire client infrastructure.

Examination of harddisks and SSDs for badblocks, availability, storage state and inspection of the RAID system.

CCNet regularly checks your clients for the latest service packs and security updates.

A continuous automated inspection of t the Managed Microsoft Defender increases your system security and integrity.

Besides the periodic Windows updates, CCNet will also upgrade your Windows operating system to new variants.

CCNet ensures the backup of your emails and takes care of updating your Mailstore server regularly.

Monthly backup checks for errors, irregularities or anomalies.

Monthly evaluation of recent events of your server infrastructure.

Examination of the server harddisks and SSDs for badblocks, availability, storage state and inspection of the RAID system.

CCNet regularly checks your servers for the latest service packs and security and installs them after approval.

A continuous automated inspection of the Managed Microsoft Defender increases your system security and integrity. An inspection of your email archives will ensure the security of your emails.

CCNet follows the recommendations of the German Federal Office for Information Security. In case of urgent threats CCNet takes prompt measures based on this recommendations.

CCNet generates montly reports for all examinations, actions and events.

Our server maintenance services also include evaluation of log file delivery via email in the event of failure. You will also get RMM agent 24/7 system checks free of charge, including installation.
