1. Scope
This accessibility statement applies to the website of CCNet Computer, Communication & Network GmbH at:
It covers the publicly accessible web pages, in particular information pages, service pages, blog, contact page, partner pages and the digital functions offered through them.
2. Applicable Requirements
CCNet follows the requirements of the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG), the Accessibility Strengthening Act Ordinance (BFSGV), EN 301 549, and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), in particular Level AA, when designing the website for accessibility.
BITV 2.0 serves as a supplementary technical reference point. However, as a private-sector company, CCNet is not a public body within the meaning of the special regulations applicable in this regard.
3. Compliance Status
This website is currently partially compliant with the requirements for digital accessibility. CCNet is continuously working to reduce existing barriers and to provide new content in as barrier-free a manner as possible.
4. Measures Already Implemented
As part of the ongoing accessibility optimisation, the following measures have been implemented or reviewed:
- Semantic page structure with header, main, footer and navigation
- Skip link to bypass the main navigation
- Responsive layout for various devices and screen sizes
- Accessibility widget with the options: larger text, high contrast, link underlining and disabling animations
- Improvements to contrast and readability
- Correction of high-contrast display in hero, trust bar and call-to-action areas
- Optimisation of images, icons and layout elements with regard to accessibility
- Consistently structured legal texts in German, English and Italian
5. Known Limitations
Despite the measures taken, the following known limitations currently exist:
- A full external audit in accordance with WCAG/EN 301 549 has not yet been completed.
- Certain interactive components, in particular blog search, filters and pagination, are under ongoing review.
- The Odoo appointment booking system is an integrated third-party system; CCNet has only limited influence over its full accessibility.
- The GLPI support form and associated support functions may have technical dependencies that are outside CCNet’s direct sphere of influence.
- PDF or downloadable documents, where available, may not be fully accessible.
- Older content may still contain barriers that are being addressed progressively as part of ongoing maintenance.
