No, the software and hardware ecosystem (tech stack) is selected together with you and installed on-site. We support you throughout the entire setup process.
Optionally, we integrate a retrieval augmented generation system for one or more data sources to integrate or build knowledge bases.
The Core package is ready for use in ≤ 1 month, the Pro package within ≤ 2 months, and the Elite package within ≤ 3 months.
You choose your own service level agreement, so we can be available to you within the shortest possible time (immediately up to a maximum of 72 hours).
